Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, including hardware and manuals, back into the original manufacturer's packaging.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large appliances and furniture, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; smaller home accents can be returned via a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
